Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your loot; if your apparel or gear doesn't fit your character perfectly, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to successfully complete your quest for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure our warehouse team identifies your hoard correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Loot

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin its journey back to our realm.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our masters of coin inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
